In 1994, the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce named Mr. He has served as the garage’s owner since 1979. Fuller returned home to Baldwin County to work in the family business at the Dixie Road Garage Inc. After college and his tenure in the military, Mr. He also served two and a half years in the United States Army and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He is currently employed at Buc-ee’s in Loxley, Alabama. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama with a double major in Biological Sciences and Chemistry. Grace has also earned the NRECA Board Leadership Certificate and the NRECA Director Gold Certificate. He has served on Baldwin EMC’s Board of Trustees since 2014 and has been named a Credentialed Cooperative Director by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA).
